Sarah returned in August of 2018, as a guest lecturer in the Global Digital Age course for the Trulaske College of Business at the University of Missouri. This is the third semester she has been invited to share her thoughts on “Complex Issues, Critical Thinking, and Dialogue Skills” with the class.

In July of 2018, we provided a day long training for teachers in the Columbia Public Schools on Using Dialogue Structures and Facilitation Skills in the Classroom.

AMM Annual Conference 2017

In October of 2017, Sarah presented on Rethinking the Mediation Process at the Association of Missouri Mediators Annual Conference. She also provided an AMM webinar during  ABA Mediation Week, titled Mediation, Civility, and the Power of Understanding.


In July of 2017, Sarah addressed the Interagency ADR Working Group in Washington D.C. on Facilitation Analytics: Tools to Help You Unpack, Analyze, and Navigate Conflict.  You can read about these tools in our Facilitation Analytics series.
